Returns and Exchanges Policy

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the website only and do not include branch purchases.

Which items are eligible for return and exchange?

* Eligible for return and exchange are accessories, prescription and non-prescription eyeglasses, and sunglasses that are unaltered and do not have a medical prescription or blue light protection lens added. * Contact lenses, whether prescription or decorative, and lens solutions (for health reasons) are not eligible for refund or exchange unless there is a product defect or an error in the order by the blue frame. If the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, they can return the products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and COD fees will not be refunded. Contact Lenses: If the customer wants to return contact lenses, they must ensure that the box has not been opened, they are unused and free from any damage, in addition to the free solution being present in the original packaging, if available. Sunglasses, Blue Light Blocking Glasses, and Reading Glasses: If the customer wishes to return sunglasses, blue light blocking frames, or reading glasses, they must ensure there are no scratches/damage or defects on the frame and lenses. Prescription Eyeglasses: If the customer is not satisfied with prescription eyeglasses and wishes to return them, they can visit one of the blue frame stores after 3 days where opticians will assist them in fitting and adjusting the frame properly. For progressive lens orders, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the customer to adapt to the lenses after adjustment.

Returning Discounted Purchases?

If the customer purchased products as part of a “Buy One Get One” offer, they must return all products together. For mix and match products, all products must be returned together. Discounted products are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular products, but only the amount paid will be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted or clearance items cannot be returned.

Can I Cancel My Order?

* If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at 966559189739. * After receiving the products to be returned or exchanged and ensuring that they meet the conditions, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt.

Here are some additional points to consider: Return Criteria: Quick reminder, make sure you meet our return criteria (mentioned above) to ensure a seamless refund process. Delivery Attempts: If for any reason we couldn’t accept your return request, no worries! You’ll have up to three attempts to receive the products during delivery operations. Don’t feel pressured if you miss it, our customer service team will reach out to you within three days of the last attempt, and we’ll arrange another delivery for you. No More Reshipments: After the final delivery attempt, we won’t be able to resend the products again. So, make sure to receive them during the delivery attempts! Receiving Attempts: We’ll also make at least three attempts. If for any reason you can’t arrange for goods to be received within five days after the last attempt, we’ll have to cancel the return request.
